On Sunday 7 April 2019 I attended the Natural and Organic Show at Excel, this is a yearly production and is truly worth visiting.

There is natural and organic beauty and food I must say the food area this year was worth its weight in samples.

I was given samples in different types of teas, snack bars and balls, dehydrated fruit, vitamins and tonics.

I was given a cream for Eczema which I started using on Sunday and I have seen a different to the area already, I have had this small patch of eczema on my thigh for many years to see a different is just great.
